Meridian Pro Services ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website at meridianprowash.com (the "Site") or contact us, how we use that information, and the choices you have. Meridian Pro Services is the "data controller" of personal information collected through the Site for the purposes of applicable data protection laws.
Information We Collect
We only collect information you provide directly to us, plus limited information collected automatically when you visit the Site.
- Information you provide: When you submit a contact or estimate-request form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, property address (if provided), the type of service you are interested in, and any message you include.
- Information collected automatically: When you visit the Site we may collect standard log data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and the pages you view. This is used to operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- Cookies and analytics: We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking, to understand how visitors find and use the Site and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. See the Cookies & Tracking Technologies section below for the specific cookies used.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your web browser. We use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:
- Strictly necessary: Required for the Site to function — for example, to remember whether you have closed a cookie notice. These cannot be turned off in our system.
- Analytics: Help us understand how visitors interact with the Site so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies (such as
_ga,_ga_*) typically retained for up to 2 years. Data is processed by Google LLC. - Advertising & conversion tracking: Help us measure the performance of our advertising and show relevant ads on other sites. We use Google Ads (cookies such as
_gcl_au,NID,IDE, and Conversion Linker cookies), retained from 30 days up to 13 months.
You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. For Google's cookies specifically, you can opt out of personalized ads at Google My Ad Center and opt out of Google Analytics via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
How We Use Information
- To respond to your inquiry, schedule a free estimate, and provide the services you request.
- To send service-related communications, such as appointment confirmations or follow-up messages.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services.
- To measure the performance of our advertising and understand how visitors interact with the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited cases:
- Service providers: Trusted third parties that help us operate the Site or our business — for example, our website host, email provider, form delivery service, analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), and advertising platforms (such as Google Ads). These providers only receive the information they need to perform their services.
- Legal reasons: If required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Meridian Pro Services, our customers, or others.
Advertising
We run advertisements through Google Ads and may use similar platforms in the future. These platforms use cookies and similar technologies to measure ad performance and to show you more relevant ads on Google and on partner websites. We do not provide advertisers with information that personally identifies you.
You can opt out of personalized advertising in any of the following ways:
- Manage Google personalization at Google My Ad Center.
- Opt out of the Digital Advertising Alliance member ads at optout.aboutads.info.
- Opt out of the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org.
- Use your browser's "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. We honor recognized GPC signals from California residents as a request to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
Your Choices
- Cookies: Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Disabling cookies may affect parts of the Site.
- Access, correction, deletion: You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided.
- Opting out of communications: If we send you marketing emails, you may opt out using the unsubscribe link in any such email.
